CCPRF is committed to help with the pet overpopulation crisis affecting Comanche County. We offer spay/neuter cost assistance programs and are always looking for ways to enhance our ability to help Comanche County spay and neuter pets to eliminate unwanted or accidental litters.

The Spay/Neuter Assistance Program is made possible by community donations, program sponsors and our partnership with the Animal Birth Control Clinic in Lawton Oklahoma.
This is program aims to greatly reduce the pet overpopulation crisis in Comanche County. We average 50 pets a year with spay/neuter assistance.
To help us with the mission of reducing the pet overpopulation in Comanche County, donate or sponsor today. We are also actively looking for sponsors to help with the cost of bringing a mobile spay/neuter clinic to rural areas of Comanche County. Pet Spay/Neuter Assistance
The pet spay/neuter assistance program is made possible by donations, grants and private sponsorships. Applications are reviewed and assistance is awarded on a case-by-case basis. Approval of the spay/neuter assistance program is not guaranteed. Only complete applications will be considered for assistance. Upon submitting a complete application, it may take up to 72 hours for the application to be approved.
Availability of the spay/neuter assistance is dependent on donations received and the approval of a Pet Care Assistance Application
Spay/Neuter Assistance Program Eligibility:

Pet owner can not afford to pay the full cost for spaying or neutering of your pet.

Maximum assistance is limited to $200.

Assistance is offered on a "one-time" basis. All additional veterinary care assistance must be provided by the pet owner, including vaccinations, additional medications, follow-up visits and other needed pet care.

Applicants must live in Comanche County, Oklahoma. Proof of residency is required.

Applicants must provide all requested documentation including vaccination records, medical information, care information and/or estimates for care or medication(s).

Applicant must pay 20% of the procedure cost

Spaying and neutering services are provided by Animal Birth Control Clinic, 85 NE 20th St. Lawton, Ok. It is the pet owner's responsibility to comply with all ABC requirements for animal care
